Sundaradevan, admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 2016 and the Malaysian Bar in 2018, co-founded Bodipalar & Partners in 2023. Specializing in corporate and commercial litigation, he brings innovative perspectives to complex cases, including matters relating to corporate rescue mechanisms, shareholders’ disputes, receivership, breach of directors’ duties, and estate disputes. Known for his strategic insights and quick turnaround, Sundaradevan adeptly handles trials and appellate hearings. He has also contributed to chapters in Bullen & Leake & Jacobs, Malaysian Precedents of Pleadings and Law 2023, and Law & Practice of Injunctions in Malaysia, 2020. Further, he also serves on the National Dispute Resolution Chambers of the Football Association of Malaysia.
